Orders placed online are shipped out within 24 hours (excluding weekends and French public holidays).
Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped, and can track the status of the delivery through the shipment information contained in the email.
Delivery timeframes are indicative only, as Wasted Talent cannot be held responsible for any potential delays incurred by third-party transport partners.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs charges may apply. If so, these are the responsibility of the customer.
We want you to love everything you purchase from Wasted Talent and we stand by every item we sell. If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 14 days of it being received by you and we’ll issue you a refund for the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/defective when you received it.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.
All non defective returned goods will be resold so return your items in the same state as when purchased, this includes any packaging. Charges will apply if goods aren't received in the same resell-able state as when sold.
Click the link and follow the steps to submit your return request. You'll need your order number and an email address. We'll send you an email confirmation to confirm that we've received your request.
Once we've approved your return, we'll send you an email confirmation with a link to download your shipping label.
Download your label, then open the file and print. Next, cut out the shipping label along the dotted lines and attach it to your parcel so it covers the barcode of the original label.
Please ensure you return your items in the condition that they were sold, with all the original tags and labels.
Didn't receive your label? Please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact customercare@wastedtalentboutique.com and we'll help you out.
Your return will need to be dropped off at your closest post office.
Please keep your proof of posting receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your items.
Once we receive your return and check it, you’ll get an email notification informing you that we’ve processed your refund. Depending on your payment method the refund will be completed within 10 business days (PayPal can take longer). Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Gift Card).
To exchange an item for something else, please follow the steps above to return the item you would like to exchange back to us first. We'll then process your refund and you can place a new order.
